Common hotel

At Wikimania 2009 there was a common hotel for all participants. This has two advantages:

Potential "special price" (discount)
More importantly, informal gatherings are simplified, as everyone is at the same place.

As indicated in the bid as well on the Accommodation page there will be many accommodation options available. This is because there is no single facility that will be able to host all our participants. Therefore we are booking few hotels full for the participants and we are making sure we are getting the best deal possible. There will be also some budget accommodation options available in the dormitories. We will provide multiple options and booking of the accommodation via the registration facility, so participants will be able to take advantage of our hotel deals. « Saper // @talk » 21:44, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
