Schengen visa
Do organizers offer some help with visa? It is new to me, I need some help, preferably online. Incnis Mrsi 16:06, 20 June 2010 (UTC)
In a Web-form at https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/Wiza/FormularzWiza_2.aspx , are the following data (about Wikimedia.pl) correct?

- It's correct. Ency 13:21, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
If I try to arrive to Poland via some third country in Schengen zone (say, Sweden), will approval be less likely? e-konsulat.gov.pl/Wiza/FormularzWiza_2.aspx has such option as 23. Member State of first entry. Incnis Mrsi 11:35, 23 June 2010 (UTC)
- I don't know. Perhaps this will have an impact, maybe not. Ency 13:21, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- As far as I know, it shouldn't, since the Schengen Area is one big area where you can freely enter through one place and exit through another. Although I do not need a visa, in the event that I needed to get one, you're supposed to get a visa for the country you'll be staying in the longest (Poland), stops notwithstanding. --Sky Harbor 17:18, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
- Longest or "more important" stay. We already have some participants that attend some other event in France before Wikimania and they have applied for a visa in the French consulate, and have received it. « Saper // @talk » 21:10, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
