Clean up mainspace
We accidentally got the whole mainspace from wm2009. The non-applicable ones will be deleted from the database by Rob, but the ones we're keeping need to be updated. The texts just need to be changed to mention "Wikimania 2010" instead of "Wikimania 2009" or "Gdańsk, Poland" instead of "Buenos Aires, Argentina". {{RightSidebar}} needs to be removed as well, that was wikimania2009wiki specific.
